The ExpressCard® Logo is a registered trademark of PCMCIA. Usage of the ExpressCard logo (restricted to PCMCIA members) requires a product to be compliant as demonstrated by passing the ExpressCard Compliance Program. In addition to successfully completing the ExpressCard Compliance Program, member companies must execute the ExpressCard Logo License Agreement in order to be eligible to use the logo in conjunction with the product. The ExpressCard Logo License Agreement must be signed and submitted for access to the logo artwork and the right to use the logo with products that pass ExpressCard Compliance Program.
